Bridge West’s cannabis team has been working with working processors (proprietary products or white label services) since 2009. Through our in-depth knowledge of processors’ operations, we have developed standard chart of account, methods to minimize 280E, and properly account for inventory (both Tax and GAAP).

Because of our extensive experience working with processors, we will lead you through the aforementioned items. We can also work with your organization’s management team to develop Key Performance Indicators to meet your goals. We have helped processors determine their actual costs associated with grams produced or costs to provide processing services. We can help you make sure you’re not paying too much in sales and use tax related to purchase of equipment or certain supplies. We have been through numerous IRS and State audits for cultivators as well as we are very collaborative with the top 280E attorneys in the United States. Through these audits and relationships, we are able to help advise our clients of any significant changes that are being seen in current audits or court cases.
