Ballot Question 3 was passed as a ballot initiative in 2012. Patients are required to obtain electronic recommendation from a state-certified doctor or nurse practitioner. Home Cultivation is allowed only for caregivers under certain circumstances.

10 oz every two months.

Possession Limit
10 oz and 6 plants per person (12 per household), and only 1 oz is allowed to be carried in public. Of that 1 oz allowed in public, only 5 grams can be concentrate.
