Measure 5 was passed as a ballot measure in 2016. Patients are required to apply for a registration card which requires both a fee as well as a written certification from a health-care provider. Special certification is required for the purchase and possession of flower.
Possession Limit
2,000 milligrams every month, and those with special certification for flower may purchase 2.5 oz flower.
