Overview of Medical Cannabis in Utah

Medical Cannabis passed as a ballot initiative in 2018. Patients but have doctor’s approval and have state ID cards. Home Cultivation is allowed for patients who are 100 miles or more away from a dispensary. Caregivers would also be allowed to grow for their patients.

Possession Limit

2 oz every 2 weeks, for those patients that qualify: 6 plants.
